The Arkansas Human Development Corporation has received a $3.8 million Delta Plus Youth Opportunity Network grant, which will run from May 2022 to April 2023. The grant aims to offer a six-week Summer Youth and After School Work-Based Learning program to select Arkansas cities, including Blytheville, Dermott, Earl, Elaine, Forrest City, Helena/West Helena, Hughes, Marion, Marvell, West Memphis, and Wynn.
What is the Farm and Food Workers Relief Program(FFWR)?
The FFWR program will provide a single, $600 direct relief payment to farm workers and meatpacking workers, for expenses incurred due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We provide Workforce Development, Health Outreach Education, and Economic Development services through our Little Rock location as well as regional offices in Dumas, Forrest City, and Hope. We also make periodic visits to Workforce Center Offices in the west, northeast, and, northwest Arkansas to deliver services
